At Mantis we spend a significant amount of time using and testing the swords that we sell. Mantis offers several different kinds of mats throughout the year. Currently we have the Mantis Goza. The Mantis Goza is the most popular because it rolls up to almost three times the size of our other mats. The Mantis Goza shown here is much tougher than our other beach mats and because the mats are stronger and roll up thicker it is not necessary to roll as many mats at once. A 1/2 mat can be used for most practice and many of our customers will be challenged with two mats rolled together. One Goza can yield 8-10 cuts.
Shipping on these mats can be very high because of their weight, your shipping will range between $1.70 and $2.70 per mat for US Ground shipping depending on address. Shipping costs are adjusted and lowered when mats are purchased with a sword.

The Mantis Cutting Stand is an extremely durable stand that can take the abuse of aggressive cutting exercises. The base is constructed of solid iron with adjustable floor pegs to ensure floor stability. The flat-base design allows one to move gracefully around the stand without cumbersome protrusions to get in the way. The rugged stand is sure last for decades of dedicated cutting. The base is designed to hold a 4X4 which is not included.
